I am a former councillor of Torfaen County Borough.

During the election May 3rd 2012, various members of the Independent Group published misleading and incorrect statements about myself and various other councillors, which is currently held in evidence for forthcoming legal action, after my term of office legally comes to an end on the 8th May and will render me free from the council code of conduct.

I will be including several current and ex-councillors as part of the action for material published and will be seeking damages, the action which I am prepared for and which I can adequately fund myself.

I also intend to offer myself as witness to other councillors taking action against the same personnel.

I have collated verified evidence over the last four years which proves that some have published totally untrue comments about themselves and others and intend to ask them to justify the information that they published.

One Councillor in particular actually sent four malicious emails to my daughter with sexually suggestive comments and one containing an illegal four letter word. The councillor was interviewed by the police the day before the election and made a full admission, of which we were given a police incident log number.

It is my intention to publish to all members of the council and press the following question.

Given the action of the councillor ( who will be named at this point ) - Does the council and electorate think that he is a fit and proper person to serve as a councillor.

I and others also intend to sue for copyright infringement and character defamation.
